Challenge background

Flooding in Nigeria, including Ogun State, often experiences severe flooding during the rainy season, resulting in property damage, displacement, and loss of lives. AI solutions could be adapted to predict flood-prone areas, assess real-time situations during floods, and optimize resource allocation for effective relief efforts.

The problem

Flooding is a common issue in Nigeria. So I believe this can help my community and Nigeria as a whole.

Goal of the project

To provide a model that can accurately detect disaster impact that can help when emergency relief.
