This Omdena Local Chapter Challenge runs for 6 weeks and is a unique experience to try and grow your skills in a collaborative and safe environment with a diverse mix of people from all over the world. 

You will work on solving a local problem, initiated by Lokoja, Nigeria Chapter.

The problem

The problem we are looking to solve is the ever growing threat to the city’s food security especially around the aspects of availability and affordability.

The goals

The project goals are as follows:

  • Gather food demand, supply data, and demographic data.
  • Analyze to extract insights and trends.
  • Build a report that could be presented to the relevant stake holders.
