On April 17th, 2020, we woke up to humbling news. Omdena`s Covid19 project was featured on the Nasdaq billboard in Times Square, New York City. We are deeply humbled and grateful that our efforts are recognized as a small contribution towards solving the global crisis, especially during these troubling times.

As billions of people worldwide are being urged to stay home in an effort to curb the spread of coronavirus, concerns arise about the impact on the economically vulnerable. Are government policies taking effective measures to account for the poorest and most vulnerable?

To address these pressing questions, we have launched a two-month innovation project, consisting of 65 AI experts, data scientists, and domain experts from over 20 countries. Our teams are utilizing AI and policy research to enable governments to design data-driven policies that effectively tackle pandemics such as the Coronavirus.

We are thanking Nasdaq and Norrsken Foundation for choosing Omdena and generously supporting our initiative. We would like to thank all the people who have helped us to reach where we are today. More than ever we are eager to build an inclusive environment where changemakers from around the world can collaborate to build solutions to real-world problems.
